You set a star threshold — for example, 3 stars. Customers who rate you higher are sent to Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Trustpilot, or any review URL you configure. Customers who rate you lower see a private feedback form where they can explain the issue. You receive their feedback by email so you can follow up directly.

You can add your Google review URL, TripAdvisor page, Facebook recommendations, Trustpilot profile, or any other site where you collect reviews. You can even add multiple review sites and let the customer choose.
1. Select "Business Review" from the QR code types above.
2. Add your review site URL or multiple review platforms.
3. Set the star threshold for smart filtering.
4. Customise the feedback form and design, then click "Generate QR Code".
